FHM - Houses on the shore

The abandoned remains of Fort Howard actually sit on some prime real estate on the Chesapeake Bay, with these houses facing out over the water. Though the view is mostly of some shoreside factories, developers would kill to plant some condos here. Presumably the government has other, long term (very, very long term) plans for the site.
