LR - Death ray

I will be straight with you folks: I have no good idea of what this actually is. I came across it in Loch Raven, the Great Automotive, Industrial, and Pet Burial Ground, and it generally looks like something out of one of those newfangled horseless carriages that I hear so much about. Now while I'm sure that somebody will come along eventually and say, "This is obviously an ****** from a ******," I am going to officially pretend that it is, in fact, part of a death ray that was once involved in some master plan to conquer the world, especially since that story fits snugly in with the reports from the 1950s of UFOs flying around Loch Raven.
