Autumn leaves floating
languidly in the water
of the reservoir.
Loch Raven has a lot of areas that temporarily flood, and with some recent rainfall a patch of land that normally juts out to form a peninsula was covered by water, leaving these leaves seemingly floating inches above their previous resting places. Don't know why they didn't get swept off with the new wave action, but it creates a neat effect.
