Rosewood - White building

There's a rusty fire escape running up the side of one of the abandoned buildings that looks rather unsuitable for climbing, and this was taken from atop it. Unfortunately, aside from being ruined, most of the buildings didn't have anything of notable significance about them. Consequently, the only thing I can say about the pictured structure is that there was a massive pile of phone books in the basement.
